TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA AND MAILING

The personal data of users / customers, including, where applicable, the electronic address provided to BINOCLE CONSULTING (hereinafter BINOCLE) will be recorded in its files for the management of contractual relationships and pre-or even all these, having become extinct between BINOCLE and their users / customers, as well as for provision of services related to own it, including the possibility of remission, remission of any information, surveys or promotions, personalized, or not on the same products.

The client is informed of the obligation of the answers to questions that are posed to obtain the data when necessary for the purposes stated above, without which they can be carried out bids, recruiting, prospecting or information about products and services.

The customer gives his consent for the treatment of data included in the files BINOCLE who holds control in accordance with Law 15/99 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data.
